The Hotel Casa Marinella, recently renovated, has rooms with private bathroom, hairdryer, Safe and balcony with breath-taking views of the lake, a bar on a panoramic terrace, swimming pool with jacuzzi and a rich breakfast.

Our philosophy is to make the guest feel at home and the first pampering is that of the morning: we take particular care in preparing the breakfast buffet trying to meet the most special needs of our guests.

Our house is situated near the centre of the town and next to the lake.

The location of our Hotel is fantastic for sports enthusiasts, lovers of windsurfing and kitesurfing. For sailing lovers only 2 km away there is the Fraglia Vela with the European Surf & Sail school. Bike lovers can enjoy the cycle path that connects Navene to Torri del Benaco or the thousand routes that the Garda and Monte Baldo offers. We are also very close to the Navene Tennis fields.

Our Hotel offers the guests a pleasant family atmosphere with an attractive garden and private parking.

    Nice, comfortable basic rooms with large balconies which offer a full view of the lake. Even the toilet has a full lake view if that makes you happy. The owner is polite and friendly, breakfast is plenty and includes a variety of cereal. juice, breads, cake, spreads, cold cuts, egg and cheese. The lake is absolutely stunning, both the hotel and the lake were amazingly quiet & peaceful at that time. Casa Marinella is a family run place, right on the main road. If you arrive by bus, it is about a 10 minute walk with luggage on the sides of a busy road with no proper footpath.

    Paid extra for a view of the lake with balcony which didn’t disappoint. We had a 5 night stay and the bed was very comfy. 2 comfy pillows per guest. Room cleaned every day and the bed and towels were changed while we was having breakfast. Books were left for guests to read…..Breakfast was varied, fresh fruit, yogurt and fresh bread and homemade jams made by Marinella were on offer.Eggs could be boiled or scrambled if you required. Marinella provided return transport from Verona airport before our arrival by email at 30 euros per person each way which you’ll find is alot cheaper if you try to book online. Hosts very friendly and helpful providing enough information for a perfect stay.

    The hotel is just outside the very centre of Malcesine, in a great location just over the road from the footpath which takes you alongside the lake and into the winding streets of this lovely town. The traghetto (small car ferry which takes foot passengers) is also at hand and from the ferry you can easily get to Limone, Torbole and Riva. Our room (204) wasn’t huge but was big enough for us and spotlessly clean, with very comfortable beds, a desk, tea and coffee making facilities, snacks were available and the mini bar was well stocked with wine, beer, soft drinks and water at bar prices, and there was free wi-fi. It wasn’t hard to get supplies – we ran out of milk for coffee but just went downstairs to ask for some. Our hosts were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay……..Breakfast was continental – with scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, toast, ham, salami, cheese, pastries, fruit, yoghurt, muesli, cereals, tea and coffee, smoothie maker with fresh fruit and veg supplied, homemade jam, fresh bread, honey and homemade cake. As much as you want, on a buffet system. Staff kept the supplies coming during breakfast…….The hotel has undergone some upgrades over the last year. The new pool is small but well equipped with sunbeds, and some pool toys. There is a poolside shower, and a poolside bathroom, also with a shower. There’s also a hot tub, and a further sun terrace. The bar is open during the day, for snacks, ice cream and drinks. There’s no evening food service, but there are local places to eat, and town isn’t far away.It’s a lovely, lovely place – and the ONLY difficulty you might have that I can see is if you have mobility problems and difficulty with slopes and stairs. It is a 20 minute stroll into town – but it’s such a beautiful view each day – with the changing lakescape of windsurfers, sailboats, sailboarders etc to admire as you go. Breathtakingly beautiful.All in all, a fantastic stay.
