E-bike route on Monte Baldo to the Sanctuary of Madonna della Corona

Guided tour from San Zeno di Montagna with Alberto of Malcesine Bike Tour

With this route we connect a ride on the heights of Monte Baldo with a visit to the famous Sanctuary Madonna della Corona from the XV century carved into the stone, in a mystic atmosphere, among rock and sky.

You will find about 32 kilometers along 1000 meters of height difference, which you will do with a full e-bike.

The starting point is in Malcesine with a van until Corrubbio close to Prada of Brenzone where the e-bike tour will start.

In the beginning we climb up a tarmac road to Prada Bassa and Pralongo, then we will leave the tarmac for a white road and open space trails, with some easy up and downs; of course there will be nice views over Lake Garda.

We will cross the hill towards Spiazzi on the eastern side of Monte Baldo to visit the cemetery of the fallen of the First World War and then continue to visit the Sanctuary.

If the group wishes we can stop for lunch in a restaurant or farmhouse in the area.

We end the round tour on a different trail which takes us back to the van through the small villages of Caprino, Braga, Vilmezzano, Gaon and Lumini, alternating trails and tarmac.

Who is your guide

Welcome, I am Alberto.
When I am not riding my bike or working or being with my family, I run, windsurf and do ski mountaineering. Since 1995 I have been a guide of the National Academy of Mountain Bike and I organise guided tours of different lengths and height differences suitable for any type of person. The important thing is that the time we spend biking together is fun and leaves us raising a glass to the next adventure.
