Try the canyoning route for sportspeople at Vajo dell’Orsa, crossing the longest gorge on Lake Garda amidst the hidden wonders of Monte Baldo, a mountain rich in biodiversity.

We are in Brentino Belluno, on the eastern slope of Mount Baldo, the less crowded side and eager to be discovered.

Canyoning in the Vajo dell’Orsa is for you if you are looking for adrenalin and adventure in a natural environment of rare beauty. You need energy, a desire to explore and some courage for the rope descent over the longest of the 25-metre waterfalls.

The meeting with the guides will take place in Brentino Belluno, in their canyon centre. After a welcome coffee, the guides will begin their briefing on behaviour and safety rules, and they will hand you the necessary equipment to wear.

You will ascend a partly equipped path leading you to the start of this route in about an hour. Once in the water, the adventure begins in a wild environment of extraordinary beauty. Slides, pools of crystal-clear water in which to plunge, no fewer than 11 vertical waterfalls and rope descents await you; the highest non-compulsory drop is 5 metres.

After four hours, you will return to the starting point by walking a short distance.

I recommend this canyon if you have already been canyoning and are active. If it is your first time or you prefer a shorter route, you can try only the lower part of this canyon: it’s the same adventure, but with shorter rappels and a shorter approach.

Tania

A very beautiful experience shared with the whole family. Our guide, Coco, was very knowledgeable and helpful. The secretaries were also very kind and accommodating. An experience I recommend to all adventure lovers.

Gianluca

A great experience, with friendly, pleasant, and above all, very competent staff. Trust them, and you’ll have fun in complete safety.

Jessica

I had been curious to try this experience for a long time, and I was thrilled! The thrill of experiencing a waterfall and seeing places otherwise unreachable is truly unique. I was so excited that I couldn’t resist and jumped from 5 meters—it was my first, but definitely not my last!
