The Hotel is just 600 m away from Malcesine town centre, 100 m from the lakefront and 300 m from the beach.

The elegant dining room with large glass windows and an enchanting view on the lake. The kitchen is directly taken care of by the family, and can satisfy any requirement with special care and attention, adding to the pleasures of Italian cooking traditions the alternative of vegetarian food. To complete the service, a wine list with the best local wines and grappas, as well as cocktails.

We have just spent 10 nights at this fantastic hotel. The hotel is immaculately clean, staff very accommodating and the standard of meals more than warrants the 3 star rating. Towels changed every day. The only down side to our stay was the bedroom. We stayed in a superior mountain view which was quite small and had very little storage space… The views of the lake from the hotel veranda (where you could eat breakfast) were fantastic. Evening meals were served in the restaurant, however we felt that there wasn’t enough time between courses therefore a four course meal was served & eaten within 30 minutes. We did ask for a longer break between the starter and main course which did help. We agree with a previous review that the manager seemed to spend a lot of time talking to the German/Italian guests, although when we had any queries he was always happy to help. The hotel was in an excellent location within easy walking to the town. Mount Baldo is well worth a visit up in the cable car… get there early to avoid the queues. Would definitely recommend the hotel.

The hotel overlooks the beautiful Lake Garda at Malcesine with its ever changing vistas. We looked out over the lake during the daytime at the boats and yachts making their way across the lake, at the windsurfers, paragliders and birds and we checked out the serene scene as the sun dipped behind the mountains during the evening. The staff were really helpful and friendly and worked hard to provide great service throughout our stay. The food was superb! The walk along the main road into the town centre can be a little hairy but we soon found some better alternatives. Very relaxing and enjoyable visit. Malcesine old town full of lovely old buildings, cobbled streets, ancient castle and loads of restaurants, bars, gelateries (ice cream parlours).

Recommended by friends and certainly not disappointed ! This was an 11 day holiday booked through Tui and couldn’t fault the organisation. The hotel is in our opinion spot on for location, food, friendly staff with particular mention to the owners/family who were very ‘hands on’ and looked after us superbly. Room was spotless as was all the other Hotel areas. Pool and gardens excellent but the favorite place was the terrace with stunning views of the lake. Breakfast had excellent self service choices and the evening meals (which was chosen from the menu the evening before) were superb ! Its about a 10-15 min walk to the harbor with several choices of route to suit all…..The cable car nearby is a must (get there early !) And the Paragliders land on a strip of land by the lake about a 10 min walk north from the Castle. We visited most places around the lake but the northern areas were our favorite.To sum up Lake Garda is superb and the icing on the cake was the Hotel Capri !
