I am Martina and together with my son Marco we manage the apartments Bikeapartments Laura & Jasmin that are located next to the Malcesine cable car above the BikeXtreme shop and Villa Panoramica that are set on green hills, four kilometeres from the town center.

Sport is a life style

Both of us consider sport to be more than a passion, it’s a life style. I deeply love mountains. During summer I ride mountain bikes, climb and walk while in winter I dedicate myself to ski mountaineering.
Marco loves ski mountaineering too and soon he will become an instructor. Like me, he travels a lot in the mountains, both walking and mtb, and is a paragliding pilot already and goes kitesurfing.

We know how lucky we are having the lake and the mountain close enough to use them daily.
We will be very happy to help you know our home and to share with you all the experience that this beautiful territory can offer.

We live in the paradise of outdoor sports and we could not do otherwise.

The apartments Villa Panoramica lie in a quiet area on the Strada Panoramica which goes up Monte Baldo and is just four kilometers away from the center of Malcesine, the beach and the lake.

The location of Villa Panoramica is perfect: surrounded by countryside, it enjoys the fresh healthy air of Monte Baldo and is great for those who are looking for a relaxing holiday away from any kind of stress.

Just a few meters from Villa Panoramica the first routes start for trekking or mtb.

Villa Panoramica consists of two villas, each one with three apartments.

The apartments, all new and elegantly furnished, have every comfort: air conditioning, satellite TV, safe, terrace or balcony, Wi-Fi, washing machine.

Before or after sport the swimming pool with jacuzzi, the garden, the private parking and the bike storage are at your complete disposal.
