E-Bike Tour to Lake Garda: Ponale Road and Lake Ledro

Middle to easy • 1 day Book nowfrom € 80 per person

Guided E-MTB tour to Ledro’s small alpine lake with guides from MMove and Ride It Easy

The Ponale Road was once the only way into the Ledro Valley and was carved out of rock along the sides of our fjord. It takes you safely, pedalling along overlooking Lake Garda, surprising you at every turn, both uphill and downhill.

You will then enter the Ledro Valley along a narrow gorge shaped by the Ponale stream, which will open up before you, displaying its beautiful alpine lake. As with Lake Tenno, it will be hard to resist the temptation of a dip in its crystal-clear waters on hot days.

From here, the group may continue into quiet neighboring valleys reaching a hut nestled in the woods, or at an alpine hut for lunch, or simply look for a corner along the lake.

From a technical point of view, the route presents only a few fairly steep sections, both uphill and downhill: a minimum of confidence in managing the brakes and the bike is therefore required.

From a physical point of view, on the other hand, tackling it with an e-bike, with the correct motor and gear management, is very accessible. It will be a pleasure for the guide to give you tips.

The group size is a maximum of 6 people per guide.

Who is your guide

Nice to meet you, I’m Mauro, International Alpine Guide UIAGM. I live in Arco since 2001 and in that very year I opened my Alpinism school Mmove (former Friends of Arco). For several years I’ve been living amazing adventures from the Alps to Patagonia, till the high peaks of Karakorum. I plan to share my enthusiasm for the mountains and mountain biking with you with the Mountain Guides from my mountaineering school and the MTB Guides from Ride It Easy.

MMove team

Mmove is not just an Alpinism School but also a bunch of friends that wants to give you great experiences. We like to Mmove it!
